1. Story and practice background

Turn on the Customer Journey Map from product detailed information inquiry to final payment confirmation and run a mock completion drive. We discover friction peaks where information on the order form being filled out disappears when you go back to select a coupon, and build a report that assigns UI prescriptions that can be taken immediate action and a development schedule for retention scripts.

2. Learning objectives

  • The value withdrawal risk peak (friction peak) section of the entire journey from product selection to purchase approval can be assessed.
  • The reason for the barrier to loss of input values (Form Reset) between the shopping cart and the order form can be dissected based on user psychology.
  • Using the AI journey auditing report, you can assign immediate improvement requirements and mid- to long-term measures by dividing them into A/B priorities.

3. Codex AI prompt card

Copy and paste the prompt below into the AI question and answer window of Codex Client and receive guidance.

Analyze the steps at which users are likely to abandon payment and why, and suggest ways to improve them. In particular, please derive peak friction such as loss of delivery address form when searching for coupons and return a journey diagnosis report (Checkout Journey) reflecting priorities.
