1. Story and practice background

This is the final presentation session that concludes the 10-day journey. Each team presents the project, checks the presentation materials with Codex, and establishes a roadmap for the next version. Rather than simply making a presentation that shows what we have created, we aim to make a presentation that makes investors or customers think, โ€˜I want to use this serviceโ€™ when they hear it. Show your presentation to Codex and get feedback: โ€œWhere is the least persuasive?โ€

2. Learning objectives

  • In 10 minutes, you can create a presentation that clearly conveys the core values and achievements of your service.
  • Through Codexโ€™s feedback, you can identify weaknesses in your presentation and learn how to improve them.
  • Based on the retrospective and MoSCoW priorities, a feasible and concrete three-month roadmap can be established.

3. Codex AI prompt card

Copy and paste the prompt below into Codex Client and receive the results.

Which part of this presentation is least persuasive? What questions do investors most likely want to know?
Prepare five tough questions that are most likely to come up in the Q&A after the presentation and your answers.
If Version 2.0 is developed within 3 months, please write a sprint plan showing what features need to be developed each month. Assume the team size is 2 developers and 1 planner.
