1. Story and practice background
On the first day the service was launched, unexpected inquiries poured in. Questions like ‘I forgot my password, how do I find it?’, ‘I paid, but I didn’t receive a receipt’, and ‘The app doesn’t work’. In startups without an operations team, developers or planners must respond directly. The bigger problem is that as the same questions are asked repeatedly, team productivity drops dramatically. Preparing FAQs and customer service guides in advance can greatly reduce these situations.
2. Learning objectives
- Difficulties that a first-time user of the service may experience can be predicted and listed from the user's perspective.
- Using AI, you can quickly create 20 FAQs divided into 5 categories, including membership registration, payment, and errors.
- You can learn how to derive service improvement points based on the expected list of user feedback.
